As you probably know from looking around our website - we have a great selection of fabrics, ribbon, and embroidery options from which you can create your own, personalized bag. This means each and every bag we create is made to order, when ordered. It takes between three to five weeks for us to receive your order and carry it through our process, each step completed by hand in the United States, and have it ready for shipping. We then send out an e-mail to let you know your bag has been handed off to The United States Postal Service via Priority Mail and will arrive at your doorstep in two to three days.
We appreciate your patience, as we know you appreciate a finely crafted bag, made by hand, to the highest quality standards.
Our shipping charges for Priority Mail are as follows:
$1.00 - $60.00 = $6.00
$60.01 - $149.00 =$9.00
$149.01 - $249.00 = $12.00
$249.01 - $400.00 = $16.00
$400.01 + = $20.00
If you hope to receive your bag sooner than usual, we can sometimes accommodate rush orders for an extra charge, or guarantee delivery in a certain number of weeks. Due to order volume this is not always possible, but we will do our best to work with you.
